I am expanding our horizons.
What began with a love of the ocean, wellness, movement and connection has grown into something much bigger.
For a long time I’ve felt the pull in so many different directions, but somehow they all keep leading me back to one thing — connection.
Connection to ourselves, to each other, to nature, to movement, to creativity, to community and to life.
So why not make space for all of it?
Pure Aloha Life is evolving into a space for beautiful experiences, creativity, wellness, healing, nature, connection, travel and celebration.
I have chosen to bring together women’s experiences, retreats, creative workshops, wellness days, flower creation, healing, movement, wild celebrations, destination experiences and all the beautiful things in between.
Sharing life’s gifts through experiences that help us heal, reconnect and celebrate — whether that’s through movement, flowers, animals, nature, creativity, community or simply having a safe space to be.
Healing through love, loss, motherhood, change, recovery and the different seasons of life. Supporting women through changes in relationships and life transitions, helping them find their way back to themselves, open their hearts again and find love in whatever form that may take.
And for those who need a little extra support and direction, offering one-on-one guidance, mentoring and simply being there in the moments when you need someone in your corner.
Creating beautiful spaces is another part of me — with styling, interiors and fashion to come.
I’m not choosing one thing anymore because I have so much to offer.
All of these things are already parts of my life. I’m simply weaving them together into one big hale — one beautiful space for all of it to exist.
And one day, we’ll have our own space to share it all.
A place to move.
To heal.
To create.
To connect.
To celebrate.
To feel safe.
To belong.
This is the beginning of a new chapter for Pure Aloha Life.
More creativity.
More connection.
More community.
More ways to live a little more aloha each and every day.
And we’re just getting started. x

You are amazing.
Not because of what you own, what you look like, how successful you are, or what you can offer someone.
You’re amazing because of your kindness, your heart, your resilience, your humour, your growth, and the way you keep showing up in this world.
There is so much pressure to be strong all the time, but your gentleness, honesty, and vulnerability matter too.
I see so many genuinely kind, respectful, thoughtful people here, and I hope you know how valued you are.
Keep being you.
The world needs more good-hearted people.

Now Live: SUP Yoga River Reset 🌿🌊
This is your invitation to slow down and come back home to yourself — out on the river, held by nature, breath, and gentle movement.
SUP Yoga is a floating practice on stand-up paddleboards designed for every level — whether you’re brand new or already love yoga on the water. We move softly, breathe deeply, find balance, laugh a little when we wobble, and let the river do what it does best… calm everything down.
It’s not about doing it perfectly. It’s about feeling connected again — to your body, your breath, and the stillness underneath all the noise.
Details:
• Small, intimate groups (max 8 people)
• 1 hour 15 minutes on the water
• Mondays & Tuesdays • 9:00am
These sessions are kept small on purpose — so it always feels personal, spacious, and unhurried.
If you’ve been craving a reset… this is it.
Come float. Come breathe. Come back to yourself on the river. 🌿

🌺 Floral Healing & Creative Reset Workshop 🌿
I’m so excited to share that my Floral Healing & Creative Reset Workshops are now open 🌸✨
Join me in a slow, creative space where we work with fresh seasonal flowers as a form of healing — weaving beauty while reconnecting with nature, your body, and your nervous system.
This is a space to soften, regulate, and return to yourself through simple, grounded creativity — letting your hands work while your mind slows down.
You’ll experience:
🌿 Working with fresh seasonal blooms
🌺 Weaving floral creations as a calming, meditative practice
✨ Supporting nervous system regulation through slow, embodied creativity
🌼 Reconnecting with nature, rhythm, and presence
No experience needed — just come as you are and allow yourself time to unwind, create, and reconnect in a gentle, nurturing space.
Each workshop uses fresh seasonal flowers, so every session is unique and guided by what nature is offering that day 🌸

🌿🌸 Hauʻoli Lā Lei! 🌸🌿
A day to Honour Hawaiian Culture, The Spirit of Aloha & the traditional art of lei making.
For Native Hawaiians, this day became a vital way to promote and regain their mother culture amidst rapid modernization and Americanization in the early 20th century. After all there is no Hawai’i without its people & its culture.
Rooted in the Hawaiian tradition & the Aloha Spirit — A lei is a symbol of love, affection, friendship, respect, and connection most often given at times of celebration.
In traditional lei-making, the mana (spirit) of the creator is woven into the lei, making it a deeply personal gift of oneself. That’s why you always weave with good intentions & energy.
As I’ve mentioned to many guests + clients — It is considered disrespectful (I say bad luck 😅) to throw a lei away; they are returned to nature, kept as a keepsake, or hung up.
