So Often people say to me your so lucky your fit and strong at your age, the thing is it’s not about luck at all , nor is it about age but more so it’s about consistency, with training and with clean eating.
People also say once you get to a certain age it’s really hard to get results. What tends to happen is people don’t exercise and eat garbage food for years and years on a daily basis , drink excessive amounts of alcohol ,until their body literally clogs and starts breaking down, nothing then works efficiently anymore, just like anything if you don’t service it or look after it.
It takes time to undo the major damage you cause your body from bad food choices and excessive alcohol. Everything you eat and drink is creating tomorrows cells and tomorrows body, so choose carefully, bc it is a choice, luck doesn’t come into it.
It is possible to fix your health and get great results, even after you have mistreated your body over long periods of time ,but it’s not going to happen overnight, it’s a process, depending on the damage you have caused yourself.
Don’t wait until you have major health issues to turn things around. You only get 1 body, so treat it well, eat clean, train regular, look after it. Health is wealth, without your health you have nothing.
