Warming up to a new 1RM is a balancing act.
Too many reps can lead to fatigue and on the other hand not enough reps or not heavy enough can be a huge shock to the body, physically and mentally when going for the shiny new PR ๐ฅ๐ช๐ผ

Donna has been doing all her and pulled her first PR of 127.5 kg yesterday ๐ฅ

Itโs been a while between posts.
After many years as a personal trainer with older adults, I have finally settled into the retirement lifestyle.
Strength training is still a big part of my life so now along with my two sisters Helen and Sharyn we continue to share all the challenges and fun that our training provides.
