You're a busy woman, and somewhere between your last meeting and your next one, you lost yourself.

This happens to so many ambitious women I work with. They're showing up everywhere… But they're not really there.

The good news? It doesn't take a holiday or a complete life overhaul to fix it.

It takes thirty seconds and knowing how to reset between moments.

Save this carousel for the next time you need it.

And if you know you're ready to stop running on empty, drop me a DM.

I'd love to chat.

14 years ago I built a method that takes you from overwhelmed to functional.

It resets your nervous system. It makes you feel like you're not going crazy.

And today I'm giving it away completely free.

Strong enough to build an empire. Too proud to ask for help.

There's something that keeps coming up in my work with women.

And it might be coming up for you too.

"I just have to do this by myself."

Sound familiar?

Because here's what I notice about the women who say it most.

They're always the strongest ones.

The CEOs. The founders. The entrepreneurs. The women holding everything together for everyone else.

And underneath that strength.

You're exhausted from doing it all alone. Isolated from never letting anyone in. Carrying a weight that was never meant to be carried alone.

Here's what I want you to hear.

Asking for support doesn't mean you're weak.

It doesn't mean something is fundamentally wrong with you.

It doesn't mean you can't handle it.

It means you're human.

Support is just opening. Letting go of control. Having someone hold it with you.

So you're not isolated anymore. So you're not by yourself anymore. So you're not doing it alone anymore.

The most powerful thing you can do as an ambitious woman isn't do it all yourself.

It's knowing when to let someone in.

Have you ever struggled to ask for support? Tell me below. 👇

14 years ago I was juggling two small children and two businesses.

And life felt completely overwhelming.

Not just busy overwhelming.

Drowning overwhelming.

The kind where you wake up already behind. Where your nervous system never settles. Where you genuinely wonder if you're losing your mind.

So I built something.

A method that takes you from overwhelmed to functional. That resets your nervous system. That makes you feel like you're not going crazy.

And it worked.

Not just for me.

For hundreds of ambitious women, CEOs, entrepreneurs and founders who felt exactly the same way.

Wired. Exhausted. Running on empty but unable to stop.

This is my gift to you today.

Completely free.

After 27 years of working with women and within myself I've noticed there are two kinds of yes.

The aligned yes.

It feels sparkly. It feels exciting. There's an energy already in motion. Like something inside you is already moving towards it.

And then there's the other yes.

The one where the moment it leaves your mouth your stomach churns. Your shoulders feel heavy. Something inside you drops.

You said yes. So now you have to follow through.

But it feels icky. And you know it.

Here's what I want you to understand as an ambitious woman.

Your body knew before your mind did.

It always does.

So next time you're about to say yes to something.

Pause.

Take a breath.

Feel your body.

Is it sparkly and flowing. Or is it heavy and tight.

Because that feeling isn't nerves. That isn't imposter syndrome. That isn't fear of success.

That is your body telling you the truth before your mind has a chance to talk you out of it.

Your body is your most powerful compass.

Start listening to it.

Which yes have you said lately that your body already told you was wrong. Tell me below. 👇

She's not you. But she sounds exactly like you.

I want to introduce you to Olivia.

Although you might know her by a different name.

There's a good chance you've already been chatting to her today.

She is loud. She is relentless. And she doesn't take a day off.

She'll wake you up at 3am looping the same conversation. She'll replay everything you said wrong in that meeting. She'll hand you the worst case scenario before your day has even begun.

And she'll do all of this before your first coffee.

You might know her as the reason you want to cancel everything. Hide from everyone. And just disappear for a while.

That exhaustion you're feeling. That wide awake heart racing at midnight.

That's what happens when Olivia runs the show.

Here's what I want you to know about her though.

She's not horrible. She's not nasty. She's not trying to destroy you.

She was necessary once. When the threat was real.

But she doesn't know the difference between actual danger and an email that needs a reply.

She treats everything like a crisis. Because to her… It all is.

Olivia is part of you.

But she doesn't need to run the show.
