What is your favourite exercise?
For me it's a either a deadlift or hack squat machine.

Consistency is a big factor in working towards achieving your goals inside and outside the gym.
Whether that be changes to your physique, performance goals, nutritional habit or just overall health & fitness.
We are at the end of the Summer season now and this is where most people generally start to lose "motivation" to commit to spending time towards going to the gym.
Because for whatever reason change in weather either doesn't make you want to workout anymore "because your not motivated" or "I don't have time" or continue the nutrition habits that comes with Summer/New Years resolutions.
I'm looking for at least 10 face-to-face clients.
This would only require 30-45mins of your day to spend with me.
If you want help with your training goals and continue to strive towards a better healthier version of yourself.

🏋♂️Motivation/Finding out your why?🏋♂️
The thing with motivation for me is that it's just a small trigger.
E.g. New years resolutions, or your buddy wants to join the gym so you decide you would like to as well.
Which is awesome you get a small dose of positivity running through your mind, but then somewhere a lot of the time after a few weeks, maybe months your mind starts to wonder and end up not being "motivated" anymore.
This is where "Finding out your why?" Can come into play.... Do you want to become stronger physically? Do you want to feel better about yourself when you go out with friends and family? Are you a parent who wants to feel a little fitter and more mobile so you can run around with your children?.
If you can find out the real reason you decided the gym would be a good investment, having a little message in the back of your mind can be the thing that keeps you going.
I do believe motivation is real, but it doesn't last forever, set goals, get coach/PT if you don't know what you're doing or want some help these are the people that can help guide you into the right direction.
Your why should be something that keeps you going even when motivation and drive is low.

**Introducing myself**
So I thought that it would be a good idea to introduce myself as I have very recently began my Personal training and have began business with at the Burnie Club since Monday just gone.
I have been a regular gym goer since I was 17, (27 now), where it was mostly to improve footy fitness and grow a bit of muscle. As time went on my passion for learning about why things work the way they do in and out of the gym fascinated me and so with that I had a lot of support behind me to make Personal training a living.
It has been a long time coming for me as I've juggled what life throws at you when you begin a family and look to save for a house and all the fun lifestyle stuff whilst working a full-time job and whilst completing my PT studies.
For me as a coach/PT I want to show to each and every client my 100% attention to improving whatever it is in fitness you're a beginner looking to find your feet in the gym, whether you are looking to improve strength, build muscle, fat loss. Whatever the goal is I want to be able to guide you in that direction to create a happy healthier lifestyle physically but also mentally.
So I have completed my Cert III & IV in personal training, and I am now completing my Cert IV nutrition course to go along with my training services, when that is completed ill be to give out dieting plans/nutrition advice.
I do have my WWVP card as well so I'm able to train people under the age of 18yrs old.
I do look to further my learning, especially through training as that is what I love most.
I want people to understand that you don't have be the next Mr Olympia to be happy with yourself, your body image doesn't reflect who you are as a person. So I want to promote to my clients and future clients to make fitness a lifestyle and be able to say I get to go to the gym because I am improving
myself/maintaining, over the mindset that "I have to go to the gym" like it's a chore. And if that's how you feel about it that's ok you don't have to love the gym, but instead of slaving away not knowing what you are doing please don't be afraid to speak to me about your goals etc.
