The McCaskill Monthly Medal for May 2026 was held today the 10th May 2026. The medallist from left to right are, Khalil Bookarof - Silver, Darren Blazely - Gold and Ross Arnold - Bronze.

Club members: Due to tomorrow 3/5/26 forecasted weather the club shoot will be at our indoor venue at the Upper Burnie Memorial Hall, 242 Mount Street Upper Burnie, starting at 1:30pm. If you require equipment we can get it for you.
In the morning from 10am we will be repairing some of the Indoor target butts, helpers needed.

On Sunday the 19th April Burnie Archery Club held their Club Championship. Members were competing against each other at the same distance in a handicapped Ranking Round & Round Robin Match Play. Winners are from left to right with Cornelis Krabbe third place, Darren Blazley first place and the Trophy , Ian Bessell second place, & Caitlin Chong fourth place .

On Sunday the 1st March Burnie Archery Club held the 2026 Bruce McCaskill & Graeme Jeffrey Memorial Shoots. These are handicap events with archers shooting the WA 60/900 round for the Bruce McCaskill Memorial Trophy and archers shooting the Short Canberra & Junior Canberra round for the Graeme Jeffrey Memorial Trophy. From left to right, The winner of the Bruce McCaskill Memorial Trophy was Warwick Bonney from Arrogone Archers and the winner of the Graeme Jeffrey Memorial Trophy was Kurt Hofler from the Van Diemen Archers, Score are available on Archers Diary.
