Burpengary Jets JRLFC The Burpengary Junior Rugby League Football Club was founded on 8 August 1984. We are committed to our community, our players and the game.

Catering for players of all ages from U6 right up to Opens Men's, Open Women's & 35+ Masters.

Our Annual General Meeting is fast approaching, and we encourage all members to come along and have their say in the future of our club!

📢 COMMITTEE NOMINATIONS EXTENDED!

Nominations will now close at 5:00pm Friday, 30th October 2026.

Please note that, as per our constitution, floor nominations cannot be accepted for positions where a nomination has already been received.

📜 CONSTITUTION REVIEW

A proposed updated constitution will be presented for consideration at the AGM, including a review process every 2–3 years, with reference to the Office of Fair Trading and QRL requirements.

Members wishing to review the proposed constitution beforehand can request a copy by emailing:

📣 NOMINATIONS ARE NOW OPEN! ✈️💙💛

It’s time to start planning for another exciting year at the Burpengary Jets Junior Rugby League Club, and we’re calling for nominations for our Committee and Coordinator positions.

We’re looking for passionate people who want to get involved, contribute to our club and help us continue to grow and provide a great environment for our players and families.

POSITIONS OPEN FOR NOMINATION:

✈️ President
✈️ Vice President
✈️ Secretary
✈️ Treasurer
✈️ Registrar
✈️ General Committee Members
✈️ Grants & Sponsorship Coordinator
✈️ Pathways & Development Coordinator – Specialist Role

The Pathways & Development Coordinator is a specialist position focused on supporting player and coach development pathways across the club. Applicants for this role will be required to meet specific criteria and hold relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in rugby league development, coaching or pathways.

📝 NOMINATION REQUIREMENTS

All nominations must be submitted on the official nomination form and include a proposer and seconder in accordance with our Constitution.

We also ask each nominee to provide a short spiel telling our members:

⭐ Why you would like to take on the role
⭐ What experience, skills or qualifications you bring
⭐ What you believe you can contribute to the Jets and our members
