🌭 SAUSAGE SIZZLE FUNDRAISER – DONE AND DUSTED! 🌭
💙 MAKING A DIFFERENCE TOGETHER 💙
Together, Cookies XIII and 4WD Supacentre Burpengary have made a donation to Men's Mental Health through our recent sausage sizzle fundraiser
First up, a HUGE thank you to Nathan, Rusty and the entire team at 4WD Supacentre Burpengary for giving us the opportunity to host a sausage sizzle over the weekend.
Although the weather wasn't kind to us, we still managed to turn a profit, with every dollar raised going towards Men's Mental Health. 💙
🙌 A MASSIVE THANK YOU TO OUR COOKIES XIII PLAYERS & FAMILIES!
Daz, Jamie, Browny, Inga, Gaven, Slats, Carl and Jack.
A big thank you to our partners, Lee and Cass, and all the kids — Ethan, Mia, Noah and Seth — for giving up their time, pitching in and supporting us throughout the weekend. ❤️
A special thank you to Matt Glover from MG Printz and Matt Govan, Vice President of Beachmere Rugby League Football Club for their support.
⭐ SPECIAL MENTION – JACK OBORNE ⭐
A massive shout-out to our newest member of Cookies XIII, Jack Oborne , who organised the opportunity for us to run this fundraiser.
It takes people who are willing to step up, put their hand up and make things happen to keep our team moving forward. Thanks, Jack! 👏
Weekends like this are about so much more than raising money. They're about mateship, community and coming together for a cause that matters.
Every dollar raised helps us continue our efforts to support Men's Mental Health and remind people that nobody has to walk through the darkness alone
From all of us at Cookies XIII, thank you to everyone who volunteered, supported us and bought a snag over the weekend!
