I am so proud of my client. She is always pushing, both physically and mentally. Check out this progress shot (6 weeks). Keep up the good work 😊

What do you think is more important? To squat deep or to squat heavy?

Can you do this with a straight back?

Is there shoulder and back pain?

When did we lose this ability?

Can you do this with a straight back?

Or is there just shoulder and back?

At what point did we lose this ability?

Can you touch your toes? If not why not?

I've been working the Yoyo test with the Kelmscott Roos so I thought I should walk the talk (or run the talk πŸƒπŸΎβ€β™‚οΈ) and give it a go myself! Result: 1840m / Level 18.3 😎 Stoked with this result as I haven't been training my running. Does anyone else use this benchmark? How did you go? @ Burswood, Western Australia

My 16 year old client Josh came to me 6 months ago after fracturing his right tibia - twice! He was struggling getting back into sports and even playing socially without pain. Confidence in his ability wasn't so great after receiving the same injury twice. We have been working hard to develop glute function, leg mobility and body awareness over the last 6 months. 2 months ago Josh was offered the opportunity to travel to Papua New Guinea to trek the Kokoda track. Both Josh and I had confidence that he was ready to take it on. On 12/08/18 Josh completed the 96km trek. I am a very proud coach. It didn't come easy, building strength and mobility was hard, but building confidence was on another level. Josh was determined and was 100% dedicated in and out of our sessions. I'm very grateful to be working with someone like Josh, now it's on to our next goalπŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

I thought I knew what I wanted, feeling unbeatable. Life was great, then I over trained and ran into injuries. I had to figure out my way out of this downward spiral. But it turned out to be a blessing in disguise, because I went through the process of challenging my understanding in the field of movement, I learned that there is so much more than to health then just aesthetics, I received the awareness and exposure to understanding how we're supposed to move, stay on track of health and ultimately look after our bodies. Now I can do all the fun and passionate things I want to do, I feel relaxed, powerful, mobile yet still fit and healthy
