Look who visited the WAMC Office!
Alwyn Barnesby popped in with his daughter Jeanette before they head off to the World Masters Athletics Championships in Daegu, South Korea on Wednesday.
At 91yo, Alwyn will be competing in both the 10km and 21.1km events! ✊
All the very best Alwyn 👊 we’ll be cheering you on and can’t wait to catch up when you return!🏅

🌟 NATIONAL YOUTH VOLUNTEER WEEK 2026 – THAT’S A WRAP! 🌟

What a wonderful way to finish the week! 💙

This morning at our Lake Gwelup Club Run, some of WAMC’s young superstars rolled up their sleeves and worked their hearts out. Helping on drink stations, marshalling alongside their parents, and cheering runners through the finish chute.

These young volunteers were absolutely amazing and showed us just how bright the future of volunteering at WAMC really is. ⭐

To each and every one of our young volunteers thank you for giving your time, energy and heart to WAMC. Keep shining bright!
