This client’s main goal was fat loss.
She had struggled with repeated weight regain in the past and wanted to finally lose weight properly and maintain the results long-term.
Even with limited time, we consistently incorporated strength training into her routine to support sustainable fat loss and prevent another rebound.
We also worked on improving mobility limitations and addressing imbalances in her posture and movement patterns throughout the process.
And we’ll continue building on this using strength training as the foundation to further improve her physique and maintain long-term results.
Through properly structured training, consistent effort, and a sustainable approach, we achieved real progress.

No shortcuts.
No extreme dieting.
Just smart training and disciplined ex*****on.

This is what happens when you combine:
✅ Strength training for sustainable fat loss
✅ A structured and realistic nutrition approach
✅ Mobility and movement-focused training
✅ Consistency over time

Fat loss isn’t about doing less or starving yourself.
it’s about doing it right.

Introducing Jay’s Personal Training Coach 2.0

My coaching is not just about giving a workout program.
It’s a structured system designed to help clients improve training quality, body composition, and long-term performance.

Inside the coaching system, clients get access to:

• Structured training programs
• Progressive overload workout log
• Weekly macro & lifestyle check-in
• Mobility & stretching routines
• Nutrition guidance
• Sleep optimisation strategies
• Recommended training equipment

Progress is tracked through weekly data check-ins, including calories, macros, sleep, steps, cardio output, and training performance allowing adjustments to be made based on objective data rather than guesswork.

For in-person clients, body composition can also be tracked using a body scanner to monitor muscle mass and body fat changes over time.

The system also includes guidance on:

• VO₂ max improvement
• Cardiovascular capacity
• NEAT strategies for fat loss
• Progressive overload tips
• Supplement recommendations

Both English and Korean versions are available, and the system will continue to be updated and expanded over time.

Online coaching and in-person coaching available.

If you’re looking for structured coaching rather than random workouts, feel free to reach out.

And thank you for letting me go to the gym so often... 💕

I’ve been training for 12 years and coaching for over 10, and I’ve collected countless before & after results along the way.

I’ve gone through every phase myself —
from 58kg all the way up to 94kg during bulk,
and cutting down to 66kg for a competition.
Because I’ve experienced both extremes, I know exactly what proper bulking and dieting should look like without damaging your body.

I’ve also had periods where I couldn’t train due to injuries, and that taught me how important safe, correct movement really is.
That’s why I always make sure my clients train smart, not just hard.
And if there’s something I’m unsure about, I study it until I understand it fully — that’s just how I work.

When I coach someone, I treat their body like my own.
My goal is simple: help you build a stronger, healthier body in a sustainable way.

From nutrition to training to overall habits, I take full responsibility and guide you through every step.

If you’re ready to start, my DMs are open.

It’s been a week since my last competition.
I kept putting this off, but I finally wanted to take a moment to reflect and share my journey.

I started training about 11 years ago when I weighed 56 kg. I spent years trying to put on size (sometimes not in the cleanest way), and on March 4, 2025, I began my prep at 94 kg.
After 7 months and 20 days, on October 26, I stepped on stage at 66.7 kg (after depletion) completing one of the most challenging yet rewarding periods of my life.

My goal was clear: to earn a pro card in the Classic Physique or Bodybuilding division and to achieve the level of conditioning where even my glutes were fully detailed.
By my final show, I managed to bring the conditioning I aimed for but I also realized that I’m still far from the physique level needed to stand among pros.
Out of four shows, I placed third once and didn’t place at all in others. It was humbling, but also eye-opening.
Even though it was my first-ever show, I didn’t want to look like it but as prep went on, I realized just how much I had been overestimating myself.

Toward the end of prep, I made some serious mistakes forcing myself through daily 2,000-kcal cardio sessions despite my declining condition, ignoring my anterior shoulder glide and dysfunction, and ultimately watching my chest and back strength drop dramatically.
On top of that, I realized I had approached chest and back training the wrong way for years, and by pushing myself too hard in the final weeks, I caused a sharp decline in overall performance.

This whole process became a true moment of reflection.
It helped me see my weaknesses objectively and understand how I can grow not just as an athlete, but also as a coach.
Most importantly, I’ve learned how to make sure my clients never repeat the same mistakes I did.

From now on, I’m stepping out of the narrow frame I used to be trapped in studying more openly, training smarter, and evolving continuously.
This is just the beginning.
Thank you to everyone who supported me through this journey.
Let’s keep growing together 🙏

Didn’t get the result I wanted in my first comp,
but I’ll be bringing a sharper package with more posing practice for the October shows 🔥
Appreciate all the support 🙏
