🏐 GRAND FINAL DAY ROSTER – NEARLY THERE!

We’re nearly there 🙌

Names have now been allocated against games and roles for Grand Final Day.

If your name is on the roster, please like or comment on the post to acknowledge that you’ve seen it and are good to go.

Missing from the roster? If you volunteered to help when your club is playing we haven’t allocated you a role, but if we accidentally missed your name, please let us know!

We still have a couple of spots to fill, so if you’re able to assist, please let us know.

Grand Final Day - Saturday 5 September

We are still looking for a few more people to help with Grand Final Day duties, particularly for the 17&U Division 2, 14&U Division 2 and 14&U Division 3 games.

PARKING

Grand Final Day will be busy, so please allow extra time to arrive, park and make your way to the courts. Please park responsibly and be mindful of surrounding areas.

SPECTATORS & TEAM BENCHES

Spectators must remain on the opposite side of the court to the score bench.

The team bench area is for coaches, managers and first aiders only. All other supporters and family members must remain on the opposite side of the court.

SCORERS & TIMERS

Please allow our scorers and timers to concentrate on their roles throughout the game.

Spectators and team officials are asked not to approach the score bench during play to check the score or ask questions, as this can be distracting for those completing these important duties.

Team managers will need to approach the scorer at the intervals to record player positions for the following quarter.

SUPPORT POSITIVELY

We absolutely encourage cheering, applause and plenty of support for your teams!

Please remember there is to be no umpiring from the sidelines, derogatory comments or negative behaviour towards umpires, players, coaches or other spectators.

PRESENTATIONS

Grand Final presentations will take place at the conclusion of the 12:00pm finals.

LOST PROPERTY – FINAL CALL

Please encourage members to check the lost property before leaving the courts on Saturday. Any items remaining at the conclusion of Grand Final Day will be donated to charity.

GRAND FINAL DAY FATHER’S DAY RAFFLE

Make sure you grab a ticket in our Grand Final Day Father’s Day Raffle.

Tickets are $2 each or 3 for $5.

Our amazing prize is a one-night stay at Ampersand Estates, including a w**e tasting.

A huge thank you to Ampersand Estates for generously donating this amazing prize!

The raffle will be drawn at the conclusion of the presentations on Saturday.

A quick note for those who have already offered to help:
If you have offered to help on a game involving your own club, you have not been allocated as Scorer, Timer or MVP for that game. You can, however, still help as a Flipper.

📋 The final roster with names will be posted Thursday evening for everyone to double-check their allocated games and roles. If you have offered to help, you are on the roster! 🙌
