In Pilates, we avoid making any isolated moves. It is an activity that involves the integration of all parts of the body.

With reeducation techniques, we use our body weight with precise movements.

The practice is based on human anatomy and aims to stabilize muscles in the body's centre.

Pilates exercises are focused on making movement more efficient for everyday activities, prioritizing joint mobility, increasing the range of motion, and reducing joint overload, thus preventing possible injuries.

We like to break stereotypes.

One of our main pillars here at the studio is to show that Pilates is accessible to anyone interested.

Pilates classes are safe for all abilities, with no special features required beforehand.
Our classes integrate low-impact exercises that aim to strengthen muscles while improving posture and flexibility.

Pilates makes muscles more toned and stretched, gains strength and stabilization of the centre, prevent injuries, and relieves tension and back pain.

So we would like to reinforce that anyone, regardless of fitness level, can do pilates.

Contrology can be described as the coordination of the body in connection with the mind and spirit.

It leads to the search for the control of the body through appropriate repetitions of exercises, managing to evolve gradually, progressively and with a natural rhythm commanded by our subconscious.

The focus of Pilates is on quality of movement rather than quantity and has as basic principles:

concentration
control
centralization
precision
breathing
flow

E aí galera do Brasil.

Esse é meu aluno e amigo aqui na Austrália.

Ele está indo pro Brasil visitar a família e quer fazer algumas aulas de Pilates.
Ele estará a maior parte do tempo em São Paulo e Recife.

Já sei que ele vai fazer uma aula com dona Aninha .
