Terrafirma Yoga established in 2005 is Tantric based and yin inspired. Tara teaches yoga teachers all about YIN, YOGA NIDRA & YOGA THERAPY. Her small studio just outside of Bangalow hosts small classes, workshops and 1:1 sessions for massage and yoga therapy. Tara travels the world teaching her unique range of workshops.
