Sometimes life throws you a curve ball, like your wife having a baby 8-weeks early 😰😅
A lack of sleep, high stress, mind in overdrive, more coffee and less time for healthy nutrition
No energy for working out either…
Today was 20min in the Sauna followed by a short breathwork in the sauna and then 2mins in the ice x 2
Now feeling much better 🙌
