Matt won the Over 40’s With Dave coming in as runner up. A very competitive age group. High quality longboarding 👏👏👏

Jy won the Old Mal Division with Ben a very honourable runner up. For the record this photo does not do Ben justice. Ben, in reality is tall, but Jy is still a bit taller. Either way two good tall blokes who surf ‘Old Mals’ with panache.

Peter Hall is no stranger to the winners circle so it is no shock that he won the over 70’s Division for 25/26. He is still one of the most stylish longboarders out there. Loves a left. Nice photo of Peter and Dennis, a couple of legends.

Dennis (John Connolly likes to call him ‘Omar’), the elder statesman of the Byron Bay Malibu Club. It was a clear sweep in the over 80’s Division. Legendary Status. Please acknowledge this wonderful achievement 👏👏👏

Steve won the Men’s over 60’s for 25/26. He was unable to make the presentation so Ronnie the runner up took all the glory. Ronnie also won the men’s apres surf fashion prize. Well done lads.

Freya just fresh from her first crack in the Aussie titles was the club’s junior winner for 25/26. A bright future awaits.

Congratulations on Louise for winning the Byron Bay Malibu Clubs Women’s Division for 25/26 with Gaby a very worthy second. Louise was also made a Life Member of the club. Just rewards her very valuable contribution over many years. In case anyone wasn’t aware Louise was also recently crowned the winner of the Women’s Over 60’s champion at the Australian Longboard Titles 🥇
