I’m spending more time lately dropping into nature, to intentionally envision a new reality for us all, to speak my truth, and to create spaces for others to wake up to the inner aliveness within. Now more than ever, we need every soul present, full hearted, courageous in standing for their truth, their attuned inner senses and with a community that aligns with this chosen time line. It matters. You matter. Who we are and who we choose to be in this world right now matters.

The One Day Intro to Ta**ra + Temple on May 16th is filling up.

It’s all about a reframe for how most people are conditioned.

It’s about slowing down, not tolerating, experiencing the subtle nuances in relating and tuning in with yourself.

There will be conscious touch practices during the day. This is to learn how to state your own boundaries and receive the experience of having those boundaries honoured and celebrated.

This is a journey of self discovery, and about learning tools for speaking your truth.

There will be lots of information, 2 booklets that you can purchase to support all that you’ll learn, there’ll be solo inner journeys through the breath, and practices as a group and partnered exercises.

ISTA Melbourne - what a sensational ride. It was a coming home in so many ways. Potent, deep, heart-cracking, sweet, soulful, honouring. A stellar team of glorious beings. An easeful flow with the professor and the wizard. Gorgeous venue, amazing food by Raisin, solidly and yet sensitively organised by Rebecca and Jac. This recipe allowed for deep embodiment mixed with levity and grace. This training will hold a special place in my heart. Feeling grateful.
