Each day you’ll have a 3.5-hr, fully-equipped surfing lesson with one of our accredited and enthusiastic instructors, right on the beach where you’re staying – no lengthy bus rides first. Each lesson, your surfing skills will advance, like reading ocean conditions, balance and technique, paddling out, getting on to your own waves and standing. Soon you’ll be riding bigger and better waves for longer, and mastering board control and turns. You’ll not only improve quickly, but will also learn to read the waves, currents and tides to keep you safe, informed and aware in the water .. while developing surfing skills to last a lifetime. Surf Camp Byron Bay offers morning or afternoon sessions daily at 10am or 2pm, depending on wind and tides. The only surf camp located exclusively on the beach in Byron Bay!
