🍻 It’s May 8 — so today we’re recognising the importance of mates.

You know the ones… 👇

🏏 The mate who says “it’s only a game” right before blowing up at the umpire’s decision.
🏐 The netball mate yelling “HERE IF YOU NEED!” for 45 straight minutes while never actually getting free.
⚽ The indoor soccer mate who calls for a sub after the warm-up.
🏖️ The beach volleyball mate who apologises to the ball every time they shank it into the roof.
🍺 The mate who’s suddenly “got work early tomorrow” when it’s their shout.
⏰ The one who’s always “5 minutes away” while still at home putting their shoes on.
🧤 The cricket keeper who appeals for absolutely everything.
📋 The mate who never organises the team… but always has opinions.
🥤 The one who spends more time at the canteen/bar than on court.
😂 And the legends who somehow turn every game night into the best part of the week.

Tag your mates below 👇
(Especially the one who still owes you a shout 🍻)
