For SEND IT TO END IT II this Saturday, Bek from Active Recovery Brendale will be coming up to Northside Strong with compression kits to assist with your post deadlift recovery.

Feel free to come down and give these a try if you haven’t used these before, and just make sure you tell Bek to stay on program with her training in 2025!

We are overwhelmed with emotion after today’s competition. We just wanted to say a massive congratulations to all the athletes who competed today in our final competition of our 2024 series.

We are so pleased to see so many new faces and first time competitors! The sport is growing!!! 🙏🏻

After the success of last year’s event, we are proud to announce that Northside Strong is hosting Send it to end it II on Sunday 29th December.

To ensure this year is bigger and better than last year, we are doubling the cash prize to $500 for the biggest male and female deadlift, and this year, each competitor will get 4 attempts!

There will also be minor prizes for the biggest junior and masters deadlift on the day, along with an additional team prize.

This event will run as per strongman rules, which means straps, deadlift suits, and hitching are allowed. Sumo stance deadlifts are NOT allowed.

The event is open to all fitness levels whether you deadlift 30kg or over 300kg!

Registrations will be open on Sunday 28th July!!

We can’t wait to see you all throw down one last time for 2024!!!

On the 30th June we held one of the first events for the 2024 Yoke Challenge, with running their event aswell.

The reason behind this event is to raise much needed awareness and funds for mental health! We need to be loud, we need to be heard and we need people to know there are people out there in their community that are willing to listen and help! We do not want to lose anymore loved ones to this illness!

We are proud to announce the final deposit from our shirt sales has been made today and we have collectively raised $5864 for the 🥹🙌🏻 thank you to everyone who has supported the event so far and to everyone who made a donation!

We are Incredibly proud to be apart of this community! We look forward to seeing all the other events being held around the country later this year!
