Do you want to experience a mindset that aligns 𝔀𝓲𝓽𝓱 𝔂𝓸𝓾𝓻 𝓼𝓸𝓾𝓵 throughout your day?
So many of us are struggling with a thinking mind that doesn’t seem to be out for our best interests, and it can seriously weigh us down when it feels automated 🥀
Have you noticed that when you're in a good mood, you tend to have light 💛 thoughts, and when you're in a bad mood, you tend to have heavy 🖤 thoughts?
Being in a genuinely good mood is a sure way of having better thoughts throughout the day, but we can't always control when bad moods visit.
You could fake your thoughts and pretend to feel good, or you ᴄᴀɴ ᴀᴠᴏɪᴅ ᴀᴛᴛᴀᴄʜɪɴɢ ᴀ ꜰʟᴏᴡ ᴏꜰ ᴍᴇᴀɴɪɴɢꜱ ᴛᴏ ꜱɪᴛᴜᴀᴛɪᴏɴꜱ ᴏʀ ᴛᴏ ʏᴏᴜʀ ꜱᴛᴀᴛᴇ.
Negative thoughts have an instant effect on our bodies.
To break it the cycle, we need to 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗲 when our mind is about to go down a negative path👇
Instead of allowing heavy thoughts to take reign, we can actually stay present and conscious of what’s happening, including our emotions and thoughts.
By remaining present and fully aware, heavy thoughts cannot stay because 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗻𝗼 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝘀 𝘄𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 for others and ourselves.
A person cuts you off in traffic and then gives you a rude look as if you're at fault 💔 You think to yourself “How dare they …, I can’t believe they’re so rude, those types of people are so …, as if I’m not good enough to be noticed and considered!” and on and on and on the mind will go.
You may even be unaware that your mind is doing this because of you’ve forgotten your potential for mindfulness.
With practice, we can absolutely find more positivity and alignment throughout the day, and our thoughts and mindset will naturally raise in vibrational frequency, making us more joyful and happy humans.

You get really busy running around, ᴅᴏɪɴɢ ᴛʜɪɴɢꜱ ꜰᴏʀ ᴏᴛʜᴇʀꜱ, ᴀɴꜱᴡᴇʀɪɴɢ ᴄᴀʟʟꜱ, ʀᴇᴘʟʏɪɴɢ ᴛᴏ ᴇᴍᴀɪʟꜱ, ᴍᴀɴᴀɢɪɴɢ ꜱᴛᴀꜰꜰ, ᴍᴇᴇᴛɪɴɢ ᴅᴇᴀᴅʟɪɴᴇꜱ, & you finally get the chance to do something for yourself at 5pm, instead of ‘my body is a temple’ time, your so fatigued you resort to mindlessly watching videos as a way to distract yourself and experience a fleeting sense of emotional satisfaction 👀
𝘖𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘵𝘦 𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘦, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶'𝘳𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘺 𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩 𝘥𝘢𝘺 𝘪𝘯 𝘦𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴, 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘺 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘦𝘨𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘰 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶’𝘭𝘭 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘦.
So how do you establish new concrete routines & habits amongst the busy-ness? 🤷♀️ Especially when establishing them would require, at least in the beginning, stepping away from your baseline/neutral state which can cost even more energy than you can give right now.
𝐓𝐨 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞, 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐢𝐭. Filling a full space is tiring. Your after-work "recharge time" isn’t empty; it’s replenishing your energy. 𝘐𝘮𝘢𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘩𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘨𝘺 𝘭𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘨𝘦 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦 🔥
One way is to let go of heavy things. Certain things cost lots of energy and give little return. We want to engage in things that cost energy but give just as much in return 💚
When we hold onto things that aren’t serving it blocks our higher energy flow. It could be an interpersonal dynamic, a commitment, a painful emotional memory, a self-imposed limitation/ self-sabotaging belief?
𝙄𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙞𝙩’𝙨 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙖𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨. 𝙀𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙛𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙤 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 🤍

𝘋𝘪𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘶𝘭𝘵 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘢 𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘢𝘭 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘯𝘰𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘺 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘦𝘴𝘤𝘢𝘱𝘦 ❌👇
During hard moments, we might experience emotions that 𝐟𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 and lie in the realm of 𝐧𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 feelings 💔
Their 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘥𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘴 𝘶𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘨𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘷𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺 🥀
One day you realise that the prolonged exposure to negative emotions has transformed your mindset with a level of 𝙥𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙢𝙞𝙨𝙢 and 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 🧠🙉
I found, the most effective solution is ᴛᴏ ʀᴇᴠɪꜱɪᴛ ᴛʜᴏꜱᴇ ᴍᴇᴍᴏʀɪᴇꜱ ᴀɴᴅ ʀᴇᴡᴏʀᴋ ᴛʜᴇ ᴀꜱꜱᴏᴄɪᴀᴛᴇᴅ ᴇɴᴇʀɢᴇᴛɪᴄ ɪᴍᴘʀɪɴᴛ, ꜰᴏʟʟᴏᴡᴇᴅ ʙʏ ᴇxᴘʀᴇꜱꜱɪɴɢ ɪᴍᴍᴇɴꜱᴇ ɢʀᴀᴛɪᴛᴜᴅᴇ.
It IS possible to cultivate a genuine sense of happiness.
But! If we have undergone challenging times, we may tend to shut ourselves off from the beauty and vitality of life and ourselves. 𝙒𝙚 𝙘𝙡𝙤𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙛𝙡𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧 ..
Gratitude is the antidote, and its practice is simple 💚
I came across this repeatedly in spiritual teachings, my yoga course, many books and satsangs, yet I failed to give it the attention it deserved until recently.
This past month habits around gratitude seem to be a theme for me. I write and meditate on one topic each day for 20 minutes, and also practice mindful gratitude throughout the day, especially when I am triggered into sadness or find I am judging negatively📔
I𝚝 𝚏𝚎𝚎𝚕𝚜 𝚕𝚒𝚔𝚎 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚙𝚎𝚝𝚊𝚕𝚜 𝚘𝚏 𝚖𝚢 𝚕𝚒𝚏𝚎 𝚏𝚕𝚘𝚠𝚎𝚛 𝚊𝚛𝚎 𝚋𝚎𝚐𝚒𝚗𝚗𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚝𝚘 𝚘𝚙𝚎𝚗 𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝚝𝚛𝚞𝚜𝚝 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚠𝚘𝚛𝚕𝚍, 𝚘𝚝𝚑𝚎𝚛𝚜 𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝚖𝚢𝚜𝚎𝚕𝚏 🌸
One day we might achieve our goals and desires, but without a level of self-love and appreciation our hard work will leave us feeling unfulfilled and dissatisfied.
Develop a deep sense of self-love and appreciation, so that overall fulfillment and satisfaction is even deeper when those goals and desires come to fruition 💚

𝓦𝓱𝓪𝓽 𝓪 𝓻𝓮𝓶𝓪𝓻𝓴𝓪𝓫𝓵𝓮 𝓳𝓸𝓾𝓻𝓷𝓮𝔂 𝓲𝓽 𝓱𝓪𝓼 𝓫𝓮𝓮𝓷!
After ② years in business I’ve come to realise that business is more than just a money game, it’s a spiritual journey that connects and transformations us all 💜
Determination is key, and if you have enough passion for something, you will 𝓪𝓵𝔀𝓪𝔂𝓼 find a way to achieve it.
For me, things started 𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙛𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 when I stopped 🚫 hindering my own progress 🔥 👉 Because we are 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 by the neural boundaries of our 𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗳𝘀, it can be incredibly difficult to recognise that a ᑭᖇOᗷᒪEᗰ E᙭IᔕTᔕ, let alone figure out how to ꜱᴏʟᴠᴇ ɪᴛ 👈
But when we do get that awareness and find the answers, we realise that 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘢𝘮𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘫𝘰𝘺 𝘸𝘦 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘥𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘭𝘺 𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘬𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭 𝘰𝘧 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘸𝘦 𝘵𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘵, 𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯 𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘯 𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘪𝘵 💥
When it comes to achieving success and fulfilment, it is not just about what you receive in life, but it’s about what you give. By adding more value than anyone else, you can become the best at what you do.
