Our Last Class🥹

After eight years and five months, this chapter of CXT is coming to a close as we prepare to move interstate. Over the years we’ve created so many incredible memories, built an amazing community, and formed lifelong friendships that we will always cherish.

I want to say a huge thank you to every single member who supported CXT along the way. Your commitment, energy, and belief in what we built together is what made this place so special.

Wishing you all the very best for the future and thank you for being such a big part of our journey💚

ONE LAST SESSION💚

After years of sweat, laughs, early mornings and big efforts together… it’s time for one final class.
Next Saturday will be my last CXT session in Cairns before our family moves interstate, and I’d love to see as many of the CXT crew there as possible, past and present.

We’re running a Saturday Pairs WOD, so bring a training partner, bring a familiar face, or jump in with one of the crew on the day. Let’s make it a fun one.

CXT has been more than just a gym.
It’s been a community, a team, and a massive part of my life. I’d love the chance to train together one more time before we head off.

VINNY’S CXT – FINAL TRAINING CYCLE💚
(January 5th - March 14th)

This upcoming 10-week training cycle will be my final cycle at CXT before my family and I make the move interstate.

While this change hasn’t been easy, it’s the right move for our family — and before we go, I want to finish this chapter the only way we know how… strong, together, and all in.

This cycle will deliver:
✅️ Strength Training
✅️ Conditioning
✅️ Hybrid Training
✅️ HIIT Training

Due to new responsibilities at home, evening classes will no longer be available, but our mornings and midday sessions will continue as normal:

🕔 Morning Sessions
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
• 5:30am & 6:30am
🕛 Midday Sessions
• Tuesday & Thursday – 12:15pm
🕗 Saturday - 8:00am

Let’s make this last one count.
Let’s show up.
Let’s finish strong💪🏽

What an awesome event! 🔥 I'm super proud of everyone who competed today. The struggles were real, but we set our goals and absolutely smashed them! 👊🏽

You can’t underestimate the energy out there today. From the runners to the supporters, it was next level! 🥹 Hearing people, both familiar faces and total strangers, cheering us on and calling our names from our bibs was so motivating and uplifting. Grateful for every bit of it🙌🏽

This morning, the team took one of our recovery sessions to Tropic State Pilates. Most of us had little to no experience but had a great time learning a new way of training on the reformers. For some, it was a very humbling experience and to others it was the flexibility & mobility work we were looking for🙏🏽
