Min 2) 12 Synchro Alt. DB Sn**ch (15kg)
Min 3) 8 Synchro Burpee Box Jump Over (24”)
Min 4) 1 Legless Rope Climb
Min 5) 20 KB Farmers Walking Lunge (2 x 20kg)
x 6 rounds

This can absolutely be done solo too, simply remove the synchro elements. And as always, adjust the movements or weights to suit your current ability.

If day one me didn’t start, one day me wouldn’t exist ❤️‍🔥

She just decided to begin. No expectations, no confidence, no real plan. Then kept showing up through the beginner phase, the uncomfortable moments, the learning curves, the setbacks, and all the years in between.

Day one me had no idea where it would all lead. If you’re at the beginning of your own journey, keep going. You never know where it might take you.

Monday long run 🌞

After Hyrox Brisbane, straight into 24 Hours Of Heroes the next weekend, and then a week in Fiji, I’ve found myself in a bit of a training rut. Maybe my next goal is too far away? I’m not sure. But what I do know is that if nothing changes, nothing changes.

So this week I decided to flip things on their head a little, starting with moving my long run to a new day and trying a new running route too.

One thing that hasn’t changed though is .hydrate keeping me hydrated during these sweaty long runs 🍉
