Junior Rugby League Clinic – Country Week | Ayr

This exciting Country Week experience is a fun-filled Junior Rugby League Clinic before the Queensland Cup clash between the Townsville Mendi Blackhawks and Burleigh Bears!

Following the Blackhawks Captain's Run, boys and girls will take part in a one-hour, non-contact skills clinic based on the popular League Stars program. Participants will enjoy engaging games, passing, catching, evasion and teamwork activities in a safe, inclusive and fun environment suitable for all skill levels.

The experience doesn't end there! during the clinic, participants will have the unique opportunity to meet and interact with some Queensland Cup players, grab photos, collect autographs and get up close with their rugby league heroes before game day.

Whether you're new to rugby league or already love the game, this is the perfect chance to learn new skills, make new friends and be part of the excitement of Country Week in Ayr!

What is League Stars?

Our League Stars introductory program is all play, no contact, appealing to the true nature of kids, in all their messy, high energy, love of fun and play.

League Stars is designed for primary school aged children, and suitable for all abilities with a focus on practicing fundamental movement skills and having a blast with friends.

Our action-packed program ensures all participants are highly engaged and finish each session sweating and smiling.
