What a day at the Cairns Ironman 70.3! 👊👌

I'm really happy with my result, but with some focused training there's definitely plenty of room for improvement and a new time to chase next year.

I loved hearing all the cheers from my friends and my little family cheer squad. The support out on the course was incredible.

Thank you to Ironman for putting on another fantastic event. A huge thank you to all the volunteers, aid stations, and supporters who kept the energy high all day. The encouragement and cheers definitely helped when things got tough.

Congratulations to everyone who raced today. The conditions weren't easy, and it was amazing to see so many people digging deep and getting it done.

Now it's time to recover, enjoy a well-earned beer, and come back stronger next year! 🍻

Our best mechanic, Ben, is taking on the Ironman 70.3 Cairns this weekend! 🚴‍♂️🏊‍♂️🏃‍♂️

The workshop has been flat out servicing and prepping all our Ironman legends, and now we're shutting the doors for a wicked weekend of racing.

👉 A reminder that we are now closed for race-day prep tomorrow.

This weekend we're cheering on Prue Chellis as she tackles the ride leg of the Cairns Ironman 70.3 as part of the Oceans Edge team.

We're incredibly grateful for the support from the triathlon community and are now fully booked for the entire week.

Our mechanic Ben is racing IRONMAN Cairns this weekend, so on Saturday he'll be swapping the workshop for the race course and joining many of you on the start line!

We're fully booked this week, and our booking are limited next week and nearly fully booked with Ironman incoming.
