Reformer has had our heart for four years but these last twelve months I think we’ve found a new love.
A new obsession.
A new addiction.
This is only the beginning.

There are moments in life where we need less doing and more receiving.
An opportunity to slow down.
To soften.
To reconnect with ourselves beneath the noise of everyday life.
Join us for an evening of deep rest and gentle restoration as Kate Godfrey guides you through a beautiful Sound Bath experience, allowing the vibrations and frequencies to support your nervous system, quiet the mind and create space for whatever needs to be felt, released or welcomed in.
The evening will also include gentle breathwork and Reiki Energy Healing with Meagan Hughes, creating a powerful yet nurturing experience designed to help you come back home to yourself.
No expectations.
No pressure to be anything other than exactly who you are.
Just a room full of women (&/or men) choosing to pause, breathe and receive.
• Sound Bath
• Gentle Breathwork + Reiki Energy Healing

A space where moments become memories
For weeks, I listened to people tell me this wall could not come down.
Everyone had an opinion.
Everyone had advice.
And almost everyone was convinced it was impossible.
“You can’t knock that down, it’s structural.”
“There’s no way that wall can come out.”
But while everyone else was focused on what couldn’t be done, I was quietly doing the work behind the scenes.
I had already started the process six weeks earlier, working with engineers, builders, steel specialists, and certified underground cable detectors to locate exactly where the true structural supports were.
And deep down, I already knew.
I knew this wall wasn’t structural.
Maybe it comes from being a proud bricklayer’s daughter. Maybe it comes from years spent around construction sites, working on fishing boats, and learning hands-on. Either way, I trusted my instincts and I trusted my vision.
So while people around me had strong opinions about what I should or shouldn’t do with my own space, I stayed quiet and stood my ground. I wasn’t willing to settle or compromise on the vision I had for this mat room.
Then finally, two weeks into the build, we got the official approval from the engineers and builders:
The wall is NOT structural.
And JUNE 1st… it’s coming down. 🙌
This whole process reminded me that sometimes people will project their own limits onto your vision. They’ll tell you why something can’t work because they can’t see what you see yet.
But if you truly believe in something, you keep going. You do the research. You trust the process. And you back yourself, even when nobody else does.
Today isn’t just about knocking down a wall.
It’s about standing firm in my vision and creating the space I always knew was possible.
we’re doing this one a little differently
