💔 When You Don't Show Up, It Costs Us More Than Time 💔

As a small business owner, I love serving this community. Our team pours their time, energy, and resources into preparing for your pup’s visit. That’s why, when appointments are missed without notice (no-shows), it doesn't just mean an empty table—it directly impacts our livelihood.

A missed appointment means:

❌ Lost Revenue: That, in turn, impacts our ability to pay bills, wages, and support our own families.

❌ Opportunity Loss: Another client was turned away because we were "booked," leaving us with a double loss. We are currently booked six weeks in advance with a waiting list - but it’s too late to fill your appointment if it’s already started.

✔️ We offer flexibility with cancellation and we send reminder messages, for appointments you booked yourself.

If clients are unable or don’t want to use the online booking system, we book them in personally, often not requiring a deposit from return clients. This was the case of the ‘no show’ below - so we lost $100 and 90 minutes.

Don’t be like Lorna. Be cool. Show up for appointments you book or cancel them with notice. 😎

Attention dog lovers! 🥰 By Heart Photography has produced a beautiful book featuring over 100 dogs from across Cairns - celebrating their personalities and the happiness and comfort they bring to our lives. It’s a heartfelt celebration of the bond between dogs and the people who love them.

All profits from the book go directly to North Queensland Animal Rescue, helping more dogs find safe, loving homes.
