Training U to be Fit 4 Life

The difference a few months can make!!
Before coming on holidays I took a month to tighten up my food after Christmas, these are the results. In the three months leading up to Christmas I had been eating in a slight surplus, and training heavier and harder than ever before. Not only was I lifting heavier I was even running 5 minute kilometres! I felt amazing. I did a Bodyscan at the start and then another one at the end and I am just so pleased with the results. It shows that hard work really does pay off. I have to make an extra special mention to my amazing coach , your knowledge, help and friendship is so appreciated.
While I am fully enjoying my holiday, I can’t wait to get back and get back into my training and continue to build my body for the second half of my life, this is just the start! Age is just a number and you can truly put you mind to anything you want to achieve.

So my training has been consistent but not with intention.

Today that is changing! I am going back to training with purpose and a goal, I am going back to tracking my workouts. No more turning up and doing the minimum.
Time to take this almost 45 year old body and see what it can do! 🙂🙃

So good to be back Training at Air Locker. My work life got in the way, and while I have been consistently training I haven’t been working my hardest. So the best way I know is to get back to my best is by getting into the Altitude Room with my favourite Coach Matt and get back into it!
