Are you ready to tackle the weekend gig that's more play than work? Rugbytots Cairns is on the hunt for energetic, enthusiastic Casual Coaches to lead our pint-sized footy stars through epic mornings of giggles, games, and grassroots rugby skills! If you've got a passion for kids, a love for fun games, and energy that could outrun a fullback, this is your try-line!

Schedule: Just one or two weekend mornings during school terms (each term runs about 8 weeks – fitting around your life!).
What You'll Do: Guide toddlers and pre-schoolers (ages 2-7) through fun, non-contact footy sessions. Think ball skills, fun play and games, teamwork, and heaps of high-fives – no experience required, just a big smile and a can-do attitude! We'll train you up to be a coaching superstar.

Great Rates: Lead Coaches start at $60/hr, with Coaching Partners realistically able to clear $250 for a morning of coaching.
