We pause with deep gratitude for the courage, sacrifice and legacy they left behind, a reminder of what was given so we could live in freedom today.

Today we celebrated 800 combined classes with one of the true hearts of our community ๐Ÿ’™

Tony, this one felt really special. Itโ€™s been such a privilege to coach you, but even more than that, to truly get to know you as a person. โœจ

The way you show up; consistently, quietly, and with so much heart; it never goes unnoticed. You lift the room just by being in it, and the impact you have on those around you is something really powerful. ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ–ค

Honouring your sister through this milestone made it all the more meaningful. You carried her with you in every step, and you could feel that in the room. She is so proud! Itโ€™s a reflection of the kind of person you are, full of kindness, love, depth, and intention.
