Local swimmer Glenda Hardiman is taking on 200 laps / 5km – to raise over $5,500 for the Neurology Department at Cairns Base Hospital.

She’s backing the Downunder Movers & Shakers Great Wheelbarrow Race team, who are tackling 140km through the Tablelands from 8–10 May. Two of their team members live with Parkinson’s Disease.

Every lap counts and every dollar goes directly to the team's fundraising. If you would like to donate or pledge per lap, please see Glenda poolside before or after the swim. Let’s cheer her on – first lap starts at 11am!
