Behind every Nipper session is a whole crew of volunteers working tirelessly behind the scenes ππβ€οΈ
Planning water safety each week takes a village, with careful organisation to ensure all safety standards, water coverage and volunteer ratios are met so our Nippers can learn, grow and build confidence in the surf safely.
From setting up boards and tubes to coordinating water safety teams and watching every wave, itβs a true team effort.
To all our volunteer water safety crew, thank you for giving your time, energy and expertise to help shape the next generation of surf lifesavers π
