27th edition through the Australian outback

in Queensland, Australia

Bren and Sarah teamed up in the presented by the awesome crew at Atherton Forest Mountain Bike Park on Sunday.

200+ Riders stomped on the pedals around the perfectly prepared course for the 8 hours.

Bren and Sarah in the mixed pairs cat definitely had their work cut out with The Hoyal’s, Sandford’s and Woods also in the category.

It went down to the wire with different tactics being deployed and in the end it was the Sandford’s , over the Hoyal’s with Bren and Sarah rounding up the top 3.

Bren and Sarah also managed to place 5th overall and Sarah taking fastest female lap honors.

Thank you to all the riders and fantastic volunteers who made this even possible.

Poor Dan just can’t win a trick. Our boy has battled with a number of health issues and injuries over the past couple of years and just when all was looking good he has gone and done himself a mischief while out training.

Unfortunately will undergo surgery to repair his broken Scapula and will need some rest for his 7 broken ribs and hand injury.

The team are sending all the best wishes and hoping for a successful op and quick recovery..
