Muaythai Fitness classes on Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday. 9.30am-10.30am. Come try for free. Have fun, and get fit while learning something new. MORNING FITNESS CLASSES ARE BACK!!
Commencing on the 16th of August @ 0930am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Our talented will be starting our 0930am classes again for mums and bubs and anyone else interested in coming along. These fitness classes will be for all fitness levels.

What an honour and privilege it was to have the one and only Soren Monkongtong in Cairns at our gym sharing his knowledge, talent and expertise that is Muay Thai.
Thank you to our head trainer and boss man for organising this seminar/workshop. Much appreciated 🙏🏽
It was an absolute pleasure to have other local Muay Thai gyms join in on the fun too .gym_cairns and Black Dog Muay Thai.

Solid effort from our fighters over the weekend. Unfortunately we missed out on the win this time but we've taken this as a lesson and learning experience and will come back stronger.
