Want to elevate your training and become a fighter? 🥊
Here’s what you need to know: as a fighter, you’ll be expected to arrive a little early for extra training: things like bag work, shadow boxing, running, and conditioning exercises. After that, you’ll double up on classes, combining sessions like Fit & Fight or Fightfit and Fight, to build both your technique and overall fitness.
It’s a great way to challenge yourself, improve your skills, and prepare for the opportunity to step into the ring.
