FNQ Women’s Interclub | Thursday 9th July

Nominations are now open for the 2026 FNQ Women’s Interclub at Cairns Golf Club!

Join us for a fantastic day of competition, camaraderie and great prizes, with a total prize pool of $3,000 on offer.

🏆 The overall winner will receive $500, with prizes awarded from 1st to 5th place across all three grades:
• 1st: $300
• 2nd: $200
• 3rd: $150
• 4th: $75
• 5th: $50

2026 Solahart Cairns Junior Open - Nominations Open!

We are excited to announce that nominations are now open for the 2026 Solahart Cairns Junior Open, taking place on Monday 29 June and Tuesday 30 June.

✅ 18-Hole, 13-Hole and 9-Hole two-day events
✅ 9-Hole Modified, 6-Hole Modified and 3-Hole Modified events on Tuesday

All players will receive a complimentary gift, with lunch provided on both days (lunch packs on Monday and a post-round lunch on Tuesday).

🏆 Presentations will be held following play on Tuesday, 30 June.

A huge thank you to the 188 players who competed in Round 1 of the Cairns Total Physio Sunday Superleague. It was an exciting start to the series, and we saw some impressive scores across the board. Combined with the beautiful weather throughout the day, it made for a fantastic opening round.

Driving Range Grass Update 🏌️

From this Saturday (30th May), members and visitors will once again be able to enjoy hitting off the grass at the Driving Range, with designated grass hitting areas now back in play.

As per normal operating arrangements, half of the bays will remain mat use only, while the other half will be allocated for grass use.

Please remain within the roped hitting areas at all times. To help maintain the condition of the range, please hit in stripes (see image in comments) and remember to fill in your divots after use.

Thank you for doing the right thing and helping us keep the practice facilities in great condition for everyone to enjoy.
