It’s sad because you can always get a new Job, change houses, or get a new car... but you only have one body to live in, and if you don’t prioritise it as important, you’ll suffer rather than succeed! And who wants that? I took this journey myself and it inspired me to work in the Health and Fitness industry. In my former life, after coming from an extremely active background, suddenly i found myself “living to work” rather than “working to live”. Finally, I woke up to myself when my body told me enough was enough. I reprioritised my life and put MYSELF and my health and fitness at the forefront of my priorities again and that’s when I knew that I wanted to help others achieve renewed energy and regain balance back in their life every day. So no matter what your goal in life is, being healthier will help you towards your goals and allow you to succeed! I know it's not easy, but that's okay, as a personal trainer I'm dedicated to providing you with the professional knowledge and motivational methods to ensure you realise what you are capable of and achieve your goals - be it, weightloss, toning, general fitness, strength, increasing energy levels, pain reduction, restoring mobility, or other fitness goal, even if it’s a little bit out of the ordinary.
