Another perfect start to our weekend! Our littlest ones hit the fields Friday afternoon - perfect weather and great sportsmanship with some of our J3 girls stepping back into Hockey Heroes to help another club!! It's great to see the cross-club collaboration across our Hockey Heroes and Junior teams💜🧡.

There was so much action this week - Queensland Representative School Sports for our 13-19 girls at Cairns Hockey, Masters Men in Gladstone, Pezzutti Park for our Juniors and another Sunday with Grass Roots Hockey Program.

This week the kids continued working on their trapping, hitting and receiving in space. Their highlight though was playing with/against Coach Caleb...it was great entertainment! If you are wanting some extra ball touches, techniques and overall development, the Grass Roots Hockey Program is highly recommended.

What is a Saturday without hockey! Thank you to Saints Hockey Club for holding the J3 competition at Pezzutti Park today. Another day of perfect weather, burgers, coffee and good company! Thank you to the families who came out Friday afternoon and today; please know we appreciate your support.

The J3 girls had one win and won loss today with our first win for the season!!! It was smiles and excitement for parents and players!

While Cairns Hockey is busy hosting the girls 13-19 years Queensland Representative Hockey this weekend, the Hockey Heroes have been busy at Pezzutti Park! Thank you to Saints Hockey Club for hosting the Hockey Heroes this afternoon. It was another glorious afternoon. The Juniors will continue at Pezzutti Park tomorrow so come down and support our rising stars!!
