Our Mums & Bubs Pilates classes are so special 🤎

Becoming a mum is such a beautiful, yet overwhelming journey. Our Mums & Bubs classes are designed to give new mums a safe space to move, connect, and rebuild strength while keeping bub right by your side.

These classes allow mums to:
-Reconnect with their body after pregnancy and birth
-Strengthen their core and pelvic floor safely
-Boost energy and confidence in a supportive environment
-Enjoy quality bonding time with their baby
-Connect with other mums going through the same season of life

45 minutes of you time can sometimes change your whole mood for the rest of the day.
