Feel like you've been run through the dishwasher? Yep, that sort of weather faces us today, (31 March) so we've reluctantly and not so bravely decided to cancel today's beach volleybal Cairns Active Living Program today. Stay home, stay dry, and stay out of the dishwasher, eh?

Yep, we are back from winter break, starting today! If weather is iffy check here before coming down, I'll always post something if we have to cancel.

Our shipment of new Wilson beach volleyballs has arrived. My dog Jack has chosen his Chrissie prez, that leaves 47 for the rest of us. Selling at my cost, which unfortunately has gone up to the still amazing price of $55. See y’all on Tuesday!

Hi Folks, the courts are wet enough that lifeguards would be required to supervise play, as its' more like swimming than volleyball on the courts at the moment. Given the conditions we are regretfully cancelling this afternoon's (14 October) session. Stay dry, and see you next week.

Sorry folks, based on the rain radar we are likely to have the sort of conditions pictured here, so we have chosen to cancel tonight's (13 May session.) Hopefully we'll see some sunshine next Tuesday night, I'm already looking forward to it.

So sorry, not quite as wet as this picture, but too wet to play. We are canceling today's Beach Kamp session (15 Mar) and looking for a little less liquid with our sunshine next week.

I got fins, but no snorkel, that's how deep the water is on the volleyball courts. We are cancelling today's Beach Volleyball Cairns Active Living Program(18 Mar) session, and hope for better weather and to see you next week!
