No competition. Accepts all body shapes & sizes Backstreet Dance is Cairns's most positive studio. The atmosphere is positive, nurturing and upbeat. The classes are fun, funky and great for confidence. The Backstreet Crew are passionate, positive and bubbly. The culture here at Backstreet is very unique. Classes are offered from 3yo to adult in the style of Jazz, Funk, Hip Hop and Contemporary. We perform every term because we love to have something to look forward to and we have lots of fun!!! Performing is optional. We have many other opportunities from interstate and overseas trips, discos, talent shows, performing arts programs. We also have a very professional teaching program for those who wish to gain work experience or wish to train as an Assistant Teacher or Qualified Backstreet Teacher. Backstreet is a very popular studio, but is known for how personal it is. Everyone is welcomed here like family and everyone is treated with respect. Backstreet's dance studio is vibrant, bubbly and funky. As soon as you walk in, you'll be amazed by the many positive sayings, pictures and paintings. Backstreet Dance has a very clear philosophy and mission that stands out - that is to make a positiive massive difference in the lives of those who attend here!!

Congratulations to all those who came to watch & support our dancers at the Festival Parade last night. 🙏

Over 60 zombies 🧟‍♀️ performed in character to entertain the crowds on the Esplanade.

Grateful the weather held up. 🌞

Also very happy everyone had a ball 🥳 and also happy to hear many onlookers loved our theme & energy ❤️

Parade starts at 5.30pm.
We are number 13 out of 70 floats.
