In my morning meditation and practice today, there's one person that keeps popped in my mind; she is my one and only truly badass yoga teacher 😉 'Gemmakateking' these wisdom illustrates my glass is overflowing with abundant gratitude toward her, how she guides me over the years live as yogi life. I dedicated this morning practice only for her, may she be healthy, may she be happy, my she enjoys her life 😉
