Specialised freestyle and backstroke program

This program is designed for swimmers aged 8–11 years who want to learn and develop their freestyle and backstroke!
(must meet some requirements)

✔ Freestyle technique breakdown

✔ Step-by-step skill development
✔ Improved efficiency and body position
✔ Increased fitness and confidence in the water

Starts: 7th April 2026

Duration: 4 holiday sessions – 1 hour each

2. 🐬Breaststroke + Skills Swim Clinic🐬

Specialised Breaststroke and skill development program

This program is designed for swimmers ages 9-12 years who want to learn Breaststroke + Race Skills and who can already swim freestyle or have completed a previous freestyle/backstroke clinic with us !
(Must meet some requirements)

✔️Breaststroke Technique breakdown
✔️Kick Timing and body position
✔️Turns & underwater skills
✔️Step by Step skill development
✔️Developing race skills for Strokes

Duration: 4 holiday sessions – 45 Minutes each

3. 🏊‍♂️Performance Swim Clinic🏊‍♀️

Intensive Technique, Correction & Race Skills.

The Intensive Technique Squad is suitable for swimmers aged 11–15 years who can confidently perform all four strokes and are ready to train with intent, precision, and focus (must meet some requirements)

Sessions will concentrate on:
✔ Advanced stroke technique & correction all strokes
✔ Efficiency, power, and control
✔ Race skills, starts, turns & finishes
✔ Building confidence under performance conditions

Starts: 7th April 2026

Duration: 4 holiday sessions – 1 hour each

I’m so honoured and grateful.

I’m so happy to be where I am today. It’s really nice to take a moment to appreciate everyone around me and how far things have come, because not long ago I was praying to be exactly where I am today.

And of course, a huge thank you to all of my incredible swimmers who work so hard both in and out of the pool ❤️
