Taking a walk after dining out is a wonderful way to help burn off those extra calories and aid digestion. If you’re craving ice cream, consider sharing it with a friend or enjoying a smaller portion. Opting for lighter dinner choices or ordering less can also help you save on calories. It’s all about making mindful decisions and finding balance!

A little guide for people buying an exercise stability ball. These are great for balance and core exercises but it may be overwhelming with all the sizes out there. (Tip for the 5ft people: go up to 55cm)

This week's goal: Drink your daily water! Add some lemon, lime, or orange to give it a fresh citrus taste. Carry a refillable water bottle. Stay away from sugary juices and carbonated drinks with added sugars or fake sweeteners. Make this a priority this week!

Here's a little guide to know how much you should be eating! I love using the hand/palm/finger diagrams so you can quickly measure what's the right amount for your body. Try using small plates and bowls as well. You can always have more if needed but pay attention to hunger signals and try to slow down so your body can recognize it's full.

Seven years experience, Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and minor in Nutrition (both honors) from the University of Central Arkansas.

Certified in Personal Training through the American College of Sports Medicine.

Online Sessions are on special at $30/40 minutes. $45 for 60 minutes.

Specialties: Pilates, yoga, stretch, HITT, rehab, strength, cardio, weight loss, moms, seniors

Bonus: I have a lot of interesting stories about traveling the world so you won’t be bored. Entertainment is included in sessions in between sessions 😅
