Our First Club Night is booked in for Friday the 13th Feb 2026
THIS IS A SPRINT NIGHT so only 15m, 25m and 50m events.

All Herb’s Training and Swim School swimmers are invited.
You do not have to be a member of Central Cairns Swimming to compete.

It is now time to show of your swimming skills.

• No need to register. JUST TURN UP
• $2.00 each or $5.00 per family
• Trinity Bay State High School Pool
• Arrive by 5.00pm
• Food available for purchase

We Would love to see as many Herbs Training swimmers as possible at our Junior Tadpoles "Come and Try Meet." Just turn up and we will look after you. Julie, Cassidy and Herbie will be there.

World Drowning Prevention Day 2024 is on Thursday, 25 July.

Drowning is among the ten leading causes of death for children and young people aged 1-24 years in every region of the world.

Enrol your kids in swimming lessons as early as possible to not only learn to swim, but also learn water safety skills.

All Herb's Training Swimmers Welcome

Join us for a morning of fun and friendly competition at the Mini Rays Carnival!
Followed by the Cairns Stingrays Swimming Carnival.

Perfect for kids aged 5-10, it's a great 'Come-and-Try' opportunity.

So with this troublesome cyclone, I think its best to stay home tomorrow night, crack open a beer while it's still cold in our fridges and get prepared for a bit of a ride... i really dont wanna be driving the big red bus home in gusty winds.....hoping we all stay safe and well fed, our vacation care has closed for the next 2 days so I'll be entertaining my 2 as best I can, fingers crossed we don't lose power to soon.
