May member of the month goes to Stacey 👏
Stacey has been part of The Ground community for around 3 years now and has quietly been putting in the work the whole time. She’s a real silent achiever and never seems to give herself the credit she deserves!
Recently, Stacey hit a huge milestone and completed her first RX workout, something she should be incredibly proud of 👏
One of the things we love most about Stacey is how welcoming she is. She’s always happy to chat with new members and help make them feel comfortable when they walk through the doors.

New strength cycle starts tomorrow…
For the next 8 weeks, every Tuesday we will be building toward a BACK SQUAT 1RM 🙌
Each week we’ll progressively develop technique, control and strength, finishing with max testing in week 8.
Never focused on strength training before?
Never been to one of our strength classes?
Don’t stress. Our coaches are here to guide you every step of the way. You don’t need to attend all 8 weeks or start in week 1, jump in whenever it suits. Everything can be scaled and modified to suit your experience level.
New here? Your first week is FREE.
