Nominations are now open for the 2019 Oceania Masters Athletics Championships to be held in Mackay, 31 August to 7 September 2019. The new $24 million dollar sporting complex opens March 9 at CQUniversity Mackay’s Ooralea Campus in Mackay, Queensland, Australia. The precinct will provide the local community and region with specialised sport and recreational facilities. These state-of-the-art facilities include an IAAF Class 2 Athletics Facility and an Aquatic Centre consisting of a 10 lane 50m outdoor heated pool and a 25m 6 lane pool.
