AUS CROCS - Under 23 Australian Men's White Water Rafting Team

AUSTRALIAN UNDER 19 JUNIOR MEN’S WHITE WATER RAFTING TEAM

In September 2017 these 6 young men came together as a team and decided they would do all they could to be the best for the National/Pre-World White Water Rafting Championships in 2018.

In May 2018 they achieved this goal and won all categories. They became the Australian Under 19 Men’s White Water Rafting Team.

They competed at the World White Water Rafting Championships in Tully, Australia and won the Under 19 Division and were crowned World Champions in May 2019. Seven weeks, later they were on a flight to China, representing Australia again, but this time as an Open Men’s team at the Pre-Worlds in Ziyuan, China. They competed against 14 other men’s team and impressively they came 6th overall at only 16 years of age.

They have been recognized for these incredible achievements by QSport and won the Queensland Junior Sports Team of the Year 2019 at the QSport Awards. Which was an amazing honor and an award the team will always be enormously proud of.
