Have you wanted to try something different but didn't know where to go?
We cater for all experience levels.

The last PL comp I did was December 2017.
Then I took all of last year off competing and training.
My head and body were not in the same space, and life was a bit sh*t.💩
This year I started just training again at first, then Townsville Strongman came up and I thought yeah why not, I'm feeling good, life not as sh*t.🌤
Now I feel like I've come full circle.
2 years ago the a 300 + total eluded me.
So my target this Comp is to break that barrier.👊
Yesterday was my first proper Heavy Squat session and I rekons I did Alright.
After guessing 100 would have been a good number to get to, went to 105 x 2, First one was sweet but the 2nd got stuck in the hole. and the wraps were REALLY tight 🍑
Finished on 107.5 x 3. 💣💣💥 was a bit excited forgot to stop recording 💪🤪😜
Our Junior Athletes are loving that they get to play with the fun toys. Prowler push, chain drags and kegs. Fun Fun Fun

Who else is getting it done today.
Even with the kids home on holidays.
My Daily Routine has been knocked for 6 But I'm still making the time to Train because it's important to ME.
