Awesome to see everyone’s familiar faces

It has definitely taken far longer than I would have liked, but I think I've finally finished The Cairns Show equestrian gallery! 🥳 What a marathon effort from the volunteers, organisers and competitors. I hope each and every one of you feels proud of your efforts and achievements, but most of all, had fun. I know I definitely did. ❤️ That includes everyone who competed in the dressage held at Far North Equestrian Group - what breathtaking performances, fabulous organisers, judges and volunteers, and such a stunning facility!

Also, there are a couple of riders I spoke to at the show about using a few of their images in my portfolio. If that's you, could you please send me a message? Facebook doesn't let business pages start conversations, so once you've messaged me, I'll send you a link to review the images and let me know if you're happy for me to use them.

AUGUST is just around the corner, and so is our next Freshman’s and Competition!!!!

SATURDAY 8th August : Freshman’s- Course walk 8am - for a 8.30am Start.
COMPETITION begins on the completion of Freshman’s.

SUNDAY 9th August: Competition. Course walk 8.30- for a 9am Start .

We are hiring! Opportunity to join the Bimbadeen Park team. We are looking for a new team member. Working pupil/stablehand/riding positions available with the opportunity to bring your own horse to train and compete if wanted.
The Bimbadeen Team all work together to get the racehorses and performance horses cared for and worked each day. 5.5 days work per week. If you are a keen horse person who is not afraid of hard work and is looking to immerse themselves in the horse world then we are keen to hear from you.
Opportunity to train with triple Olympic Medallist Shane Rose. Shane does not teach outside clients so joining the team is the only way to train with him.

Whoever said photography wasn't a sport has clearly never photographed the Cairns Show plus the Dressage on 12 July... 😂

📸 21 hours shooting.
👣 Over 32,000 steps.
✋ 5 new callouses (ouch!).
🖥️ 1,200 photos edited and uploaded so far.
☕️ More coffee than I care to admit...
❤️ More memories than I can count that will stay with me forever.
🐴 Horsey snuggles: not nearly enough. 🥰

With four rings running simultaneously, it was impossible for one photographer to be everywhere at once, but I hope everyone I managed to capture enjoys their photos as much as I enjoyed taking them.
